TeachGeorgia may need to change or adapt these Terms and Conditions periodically. By using the Site after changes or new conditions are posted, you accept the Terms of Service as modified.
The use and reproduction of our logos and official seals are prohibited without written permission. Modification, distribution and transmission of our logos and official seals also require written permission. You must cite TeachGeorgia any time you use or reference any of our materials.
Accounts that have not been accessed for 5 years, will be DELETED. Registrants whose accounts have been deleted may re-register to establish a new account.
You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of any external websites or resources. Although we may include hyperlinks to other websites, we do not have control over those websites. We do not guarantee that third party sites will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any of their servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. Thus, any information which you may have access to as part of this website is the sole responsibility of the person from which the content originated. The Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Fulton County, Georgia in all disputes arising out of or relating to these terms.

The Georgia Professional Standards Commission is the sole owner of the information collected on TeachGeorgia. Information on our logs may be disclosed to a state or federal grand jury, taxing authority, law enforcement agency, or prosecuting attorney in conjunction with an ongoing administrative criminal, or tax investigation. The lawful custodian shall provide copies of such records to the requesting agency unless such records are privileged or disclosure to such agencies is specifically restricted by law. The Georgia Professional Standards Commission cannot ensure or warrant the security of information transmitted or provided to TeachGeorgia, and you do so at your own risk.
