ACCOUNT LOGIN ISSUES
To recover/reset your account login, please see the
Forgot Login page and
Reset/Retrieval Instructions.
Please note:

Reset Password links are sent via email and must be used within 15 minutes of that emails ‘sent time’
or the link expires and you must again request the password reset.

If you do not receive the reset password email, please check your spam/junk folder. If your email
provider is blocking the reset email, please update your email on file to an alternate account such
as Gmail using the Forgot Password function on the
Forgot Login page.

If you have not logged into your account for an extended amount of time, and recovery/reset is unsuccessful,
your account has been automatically removed due to inactivity. You may create a new account
here.
REGISTRATION ISSUES

If you attempt to register and receive the message "Social Security Number already registered with TeachGeorgia",
then you already have an active account registered. If you do not remember your account login, please
see ACCOUNT LOGIN instructions above.
